Live online using Skype
Whether you're across the country or across the globe, I can meet with you live, online and in real-time through Skype - a FREE long distance video calling service - used frequently on Oprah. 
All you need is a computer, an inexpensive webcam and a room where you can move and work out easily.
I can guide you through your workout as if you are in the room together - all without leaving home! This is a great option for new stay-at-home moms.
Your home
If you have exercise equipment or tools at home and prefer private in-person training, I can guide you through your workouts conveniently. In-home sessions are available to women on the west-side and surrounding areas of Madison.

FREE Fitness Consultation - 60 Minutes
We'll review your current fitness level, eating habits and take baseline measurements. You'll learn your choice of strength training basics, beginner class moves or basic Yoga poses. This can be applied to the package of your choice.**

This is your "Body Project". To get the most out of it, this is what you need to decide:
What do you want? Be specific. Visualize your success!

Two to three times per week for 12 weeks or more is realistic to reach your goals.

I’ll help you challenge your body, find new strength and endurance and push you a lot more than you may push yourself.
You'll sweat and your body will thrive from your workout! As a result, you can look forward to getting stronger, leaner and more flexible, plus feeling better and having more energy.
I’ll do everything I can in every session to help you maximize your potential. The training style will depend on your preferences: yoga/pilates–inspired, ‘bootcamp’ style, sports-related drills, martial arts and boxing techniques, light and heavier weights… it all depends on you and what you like.
Whatever we do, I promise that I'll strive to make it fun and you’ll look forward to the next one. Remember, you'’ll get out of it what you put into it!
Private Yoga Sessions
Each session is designed to help you feel more balanced in all ways - physically, mentally and emotionally.
Various movements and poses will help you develop strength, endurance and flexibility throughout the upper body, lower body and core muscle groups.
Using positive affirmations, guided visualizations and optional essential oils at the end of each session, you'll leave feeling more relaxed, centered and empowered.
